1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued if the work is defective, insufficient upon arrival, or if the wrong work was delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the work. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or error may be required.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain work which requires a work completion of 35 hours or more will be non-refundable.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods: We offer delivery via email only to authenticate our business policies. Delivery times vary based on the work load selected at checkout and the deadline.
Shipping Costs: There are no shipping costs.
Delivery Timeline: Orders typically take 24 hours to process before our team members receive it for completion.
3. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receipt if the work is defective and the work load is under 35 hours, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the work, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange based on customer preference.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations: Customers may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting customer service. This must be done before 5 hours of placing an order.
Reservation Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled up to 5 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.
Refunds for Cancellations: For cancellations, any prepaid amounts for future billing cycles will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
